I don't think I'm even going to bother watching American Id0l tonight. Seriously, I don't think I can handle the drool over Harold "Bo" Bice much longer. I swear, if he wins, I will never ever watch the show again. He's still under probation for his coke use for heaven's sake! Plus now he's being praised as a good guy for knocking up his girlfriend and staying with her. Oh boy, just call him the poster boy of morality! Perhaps he'll do the flipside song for Fantasia's Baby Mama? My thought the first time I saw him was "bet he never washed his hair much until now." Urgh. I have a hard time dealing with anyone who has hair that looks like my sister-in-laws did in high school ('74 thank you...)

Shit, I'm starting to sound like an old lady ... "well back in my day ....."

What can I say? I must be getting old ... I think of a roll model and a representative of America as being the stereotypical boy/girl next door. Unfortunately when I think a little harder, I realise that most of the teen role models right now are night clubbing money grubbing media whores.
