No, it's not about sunshine & sunburns, it's my stupid blister that I keep getting from walking. For a few walks it will be fine, then it starts again, even though it's the same tracks, socks, and shoes.

I did however get my heart rate up really nice and high, took 50 seconds off my mile time, and didn't hurt like a mother after wards.

I rule.
