I feel really old today. I'm tired. My left leg aches with arthritis. I have a headache. I forgot my t-shirt to switch into for therapy and will have to run to walrip and get one.

Bah.

On a good note and therapy related, we measured all my going-ons with my arm Monday and everything is improving except my ability to bend it up all on my own. All my shoulder range of motion has improved by degrees. Even my grip strength is better.

Yesterday I called in sick. I had the arthritis/headache/tired thing, with a stomach ache for good measure. I felt better in the afternoon so we went to the mall in search of the N@scar store. We found it. I found an Elliott Sadler shirt. I bought said Elliott shirt. It was an extra large and it is huge on me. I don't care. I need to be comfie when I'm watching the race and screaming for him to win.

I had to get a shirt. For Valentine's Day I got M a Jeff G0rdon shirt and he wore that and his "lucky red underwear" last Sunday and guess who won? (M was born in 1957, it's the year of the cock - which is what this year is - and he heard on the news or read some where that red underwear would be lucky for him [???]) So now I have the Elliott shirt, I just don't quite know what my lucky underwear color is. Um, should I google that??? Any clues?

I want a makeover too. No, M hasn't had one, that isn't a correlation. I just look old today too. Bah.
