I've been dreading even looking at the mail. I knew my physical therapy bill would be in there.

It was. So way my insurance coverage note. I opened that first and saw rows and rows of numbers. I flipped it over and saw "Thank you for using a ppo provider. Due to your services being provided through them, your balance is $0 and any payments made to them should be refunded."

I ripped into my therapy bill...

I owe $0 and it's due immediately.

Shall that be check, charge, or cash ma'am?
