Woo hoo! I finally got through to the doctor. I called yet again about my lab work and was told "he's way behind on his labs (no shit!)" I told her what was going on and she said "he's in his office right now, let me try and corner him."

She did corner him and I'm being put on an increased dose of synthroid. Hopefully this will solve some of my problems, including making weight loss a bit easier. Boy, I sure hope so!

In other thoughts, it was the last Thursday in January last year that my coworker, who's job I have now, died. I'm sitting right where he had his heart attack. Normally I don't think of such things, but since a coworker came over, brought it up, and asked if I feel anything, it got me thinking. No, I don't feel a thing. Well, emotionally I still miss him, but no paranormal type things going on. Although I did think something on my desk moved earlier .....

Another coworker said "maybe he'll make an appearance." Yeah, let's all have heart attacks and join him ok?
