Two doctor appointments and therapy yesterday. More fun than a girl should have!

Surgeon was good. My arm is healing, the two ends of the bone are connected, and it's the first time in 11 years it's one on it's own. That's the good news. The bad news is the bone is still growing and might fuse, meaning my arm won't bend. The whole thing is rather screwed up. Some where down the line I'll most likely be the proud owner of an artificial elbow. Yeah me. Dr.C did check on them and there is no weight limit on lifting per say. It's all about shoulder function and scar tissue and where you end up stressing the pin that holds the elbow in. At any rate, I'm allowed to use weights as tolerated now. This meant therapy last night is still kicking my ass today.

My gyno visit was not good. My October pap smear had blood in it. The one she tried yesterday was pink. Apparently I have an inflamed cervix. I'm being treated for that with antibiotics and then get to go back for another pap! Woo hoo~ Good note though, the nurse, who I've known since she was little, slipped me two more samples of my seasonale. I'm set with that now until August.

Tuesday I see my internist about my thyroid and I'm going to ask for antidepressants again. I'm so sick of being down. We'll see what the thought is on the nodules. Goiter girl ... yippee.

I've turned into someone who if you ask "how are you?" you really don't want an answer.
