Dear God, the staples felt as good as I knew they would being removed. I'm also sling free and healing well. Unfortunately what little muscle control I seemed to have in my left arm has gone away. I'm the proud owner of a heavy arm noodle. It's aching already, but he said to use it. My internal rotation is off so I can't turn my arm the right way to type yet. Yet.

I am going for physical therapy. I plan to abuse the arm until it's in submission.
