I won.

I ate a tiny bit of the oh so lovely fattening things I adore, a ton of brocolli, and quit when I said "geeze, I'm full!"

Felt so damn proud I went and spent money on clothes!

This morning I fought with myself about weighing. Knew better but was curious. Curiousity won. Curiousity told me I'd lost 4 pounds.

I had a long crying talk with myself after that reminding myself that this is one weigh, one day, and a wonderful start to a dream. There will be good days, bad days, but I will get there. I am proving it.

Between that and the wondeful "things you like about me" stuff that I've been given, I'm glowing today. I feel like a winner and it's an awesome feeling!
